特殊疑问句用于听力和完成对话题中。听力题和完成对话题是全国中高考英语和成人高考英语中分值比较高的部分（共25分左右）。实际上远远不止25分，因为阅读理解的设题很多都是特殊疑问句。中考英语和成人高考英语试题中一直有写特殊疑问句的，由于选择题比较多，在书写特殊疑问句方面练习得很少，所以，学生被扣分比较惨。今天就专门谈谈如何写特殊疑问句，所有中学生和成人英语学习者有必要好好学习。

一，认识特殊疑问词和词组
What, what color, what class, what time, Which, where, why, when, how many, how much, how far, how soon过多久就要, how often多久一次,
二，特殊疑问句的构成：
特殊疑问词➕一般疑问句形式
- My aunt likes dancing very much.
Does your aunt like dancing very much?如果把“跳舞”提问，用what
What does your aunt like ?你的阿姨喜欢什么？
- My mother gets up at six in the morning.
What time does your mother get up in the morning? 你妈妈早上几点钟起床的？
- I began to work in 1991.
When did you begin to work?你是什么时候开始工作的？
- My uncle will travel to Beijing in two days.
How soon will your uncle travel to Beijing? 你叔叔过多久要去北京旅游？
- I go home twice a month.
How often do you go home? 你多久回家一次？
- My home is three kilometres from our school.
How far is your home from your school? 你家离开学校有多远?
- I have been swimming since ten o'clock this morning.
How long have you been swimming? 你游泳多长时间了？
- Tom wants to buy the biggest dictionary in the bookshop.
Which dictionary does Tom want to buy?汤姆想买哪本词典？
- Mary is in Class Five.
What class is Mary in? 马丽是在哪个班？
- My uncle lived in Tianjing last year.
Where did your uncle live last year?你叔叔去年是住在哪里？

How many boxes of apples did your mother buy yesterday?你妈妈昨天买了几箱苹果？
- How many apples did your mother buy yesterday?你妈妈昨天买了多少苹果？（对ten boxes of提问）
- The old man has a lot of money.
How much money does the old man have?那个老人有多少钱？
- It's April 4 today.
What is the date today? 今天是几月几号？
- It's Wednesday today.
What day is it today? 今天星期几？
- It's fine today.（特殊情况：对天气提问，要说成：今天天气像什么）
What's the weather like today?今天天气怎么样？（like是介词，像）
How is the weather today?今天天气怎么样？（也可以用how提问）
- Lucy didn't come to school because she was ill yesterday.
Why didn't Lucy come to school yesterday?昨天露西为什么没有来上学？
三，特殊情况
英语中有几个特殊疑问句词，对于非英语国家的人来说，有点不一样。如∶ 说明population人口，不是how many,而是用what。
- What's the population of India?印度有多少人口？
- How many people are there in India?印度有多少人口？
- What is the price of the book?那本书多少钱？（说价格）
- How much is the book?那本书多少钱？
- What is your address? 你的地址在哪？
- What is your salary?你的薪水是多少？
四，特殊疑问句在完成对话题中的运用
A: _1_？
B: Yes, I do. I have been to India twice.
A: _2_?
B: It has a population of over 1400000000
第一题，根据语境Yes, I do. I have been to India twice. 判断，第一题应该是一般疑问句，答案应该是Do you know India?
第二题，根据下文回答，含有population,所以答案应该是What's the population of the country?
